Day 19: For once my bus was on time and I got to the gym with plenty of time to spare so I hopped on the treadmill for a 1.5 mile warm-up before my session started. I'm not going to totally break it down for you because, honestly, I don't even know how to Google half the workouts we did. Here's a sampling though:
*Squats w/ 1 45 lb weight
*Step ups w/ 15 lbs
*Lateral arm raises w/ 8 lbs
*Leg raises w/ 5 lb between feet
*V-sit w/ bench press w/ 15 lbs
There were a few more that I'm pretty sure Kirk made up. What I do know is that my arms, back and butt are absolutely killing me today.
B- Usual Muscle Milk protein powder and Almond milk. Added some flax seed because I have it and want to use it up.
L- Smart One for Weight Watchers Loaded Potato Soup and a can of corn
D-4 slices lg. Pizza Hut pan pizza and a coke
Dinner effed me good. My parents had a late meeting so I was left to fend for myself and I have a horrible obsession with pepperoni pizza and I was in so much pain I didn't want to stand and make anything. Pizza it was. All 1,408 calories in those 4 pieces of pizza.
