For day 18 I did a modification of day one of the shred. I only did it one time through, and it's loaded with jump roping, squats, sit-ups, planks, crunches, lateral and side raises, etc. It took me about 20 minutes to complete the one round. After that I moved on to the treadmill for a three mile speed walk/sprint.
B - Usual Muscle Milk protein powder and almond milk
L - evol Truffle Mac & Cheese and green beans. Please go check your local grocery store for evol frozen meals. They are all natural and oh so tasty and filling.
S - Banana
D - 3 pieces of alfredo pizza
