There are some good workouts though. I did this one that really got the sweat rolling down my face:
30 sec. on 10 sec off 3-5 times
On Monday I went to the gym per usual and we moved like crazy and filled the entire hour. We did a 21-14-7 workout all with a bosu ball or kettle bells, followed by some suicide runs and in between runs we got to do 50 push-ups.
Both of those workouts scorched around 500 calories. Then I went and drank 1,000 calories of wine. I can't believe I'm saying this, but I don't have to drink for a very long time.
I'm not going to reach my 40 days, but at least I'm still sticking with my workouts and really killing them. I haven't let too much time pass. Tops, a day or two before I re-motivate myself. As of today we are 23 days from the trip so it's crunch time.

*My cousin Jaime announced she is pregnant with their first baby!
*While holding Dylan she had a massive blow out that managed to get on my shirt which led to an outfit change (for both of us).
*House tours of my cousin Andy's new house and Erin's new house.
*The food. Christmas Eve wontons and Christmas Day beef tenderloin!
*Only managed to burn myself twice. Once from my curling iron, once from grabbing a hot log from the fire.
*Singing Christmas songs around the table at the request of a 4 year old.
*Spending time with my family, cousins, aunts, uncles, and all their kids!
