40 Day's of Fitness Challenge

Hi Bloggers! I hope no one went to the end of the earth looking for me. I've been here, just not very present. You see, I've been in this slump and I just can't seem to get myself out of it. When I thought I was, I got a nasty cold followed by an even nastier eye infection. Tip: NEVER sleep with your contacts in. Lesson learned Contact Gods!

It's Holiday Season and that's helping my tude a bit. I love everything about the holidays, except the part about my clothes 'shrinking in the wash'. Not a fan of that part. To make sure my clothes fit right through the holidays and my upcoming Cabo vacation, I'm starting a 40 Day's of  Fitness Challenge!

Starting December 1, 2013 through January 18, 2014 (departure day), I will document 40 days of fitness. I haven't seen my trainer in two weeks due to the above cold/infection, but I start back up on Monday.

This plan incorporates plenty of rest days. You know, like New Years Day when you're so exhausted from all that dancing the night before (aka nursing a hangover day). Or Christmas Day when you are soo busy wearing all the clothes Santa gave you and eating all the candy from your stocking.

In short, you'll be seeing more of me around these parts. They'll just be in shorter updates to my personal challenge with some holiday updates mixed in. As for the remainder of the week? I'm out homies! Heading North in search of Santa's work shop so I can tell him just want to put under the tree this year. Or, I'm really heading to Wisco where I'll be in a turkey coma for a few days enjoying this cart full of Thanksgiving necessities!
