I've been eating so horribly and really haven't been motivated to work out, so I started this week ready and roaring to go, especially since I have to be in a bathing suit this week, eek!
Monday I packed a bag and got in a workout at work. I had planned to do a treadmill workout and had it all printed out and ready to go, then I forgot it at my desk so I did my own thing. 30 minutes on the treadmill as follows:

After the treadmill I did 5 minutes on the stair stepper before I had to get my sweaty self back to work.
For lunch I brought leftover steak that I had and just picked up a salad I could put it on.
After seeing some of the results from Holly's 300/30 Ab Challenge, it really motivated me to try it myself so I'm hoping to add that in to my daily routine.
Tuesday I mowed the yard and burned quite a few calories just doing that!
I haven't been moving as intense as I would like, but this is a good start to the week. I've been active each day so that should count for something right?
I'll be heading up to the cabin in just a couple of hours and the biggest challenge will be drinking. I'm outside moving around almost all day, but I also have a drink in hand from about 10 AM to 10 PM. We try and keep healthy snacks available, veggies, fruit, hummus. And meals are well rounded. So if I can stay active and maybe pass on a Busch Light or two, I should be ok. I just hope to come out of this week even on the scale...which doesn't seem to budge.
