Give it up to the men who will give up their Monday evenings to sit with their new lady friend while she watches The Bachelor! For the last three Mondays the new fella has come over for dinner and has sat through several hours of The Bachelor. Props to you new fella!
I'm kind of 'eh' over this season. I'm not sure what it is, but as the show went on, I wasn't as in to Sean as I was when he was on Emily's season. He kind of repeated himself with all the girls so the conversations got boring.
Congrats to Sean and Catherine though. I do hope that this works out. Especially since it sounds like they are going to be rushing to the altar. I don't understand the rush, but if it's what they want, who am I to say anything?
Even though Dez was my favorite throughout the season, I'm really not whopped up about her being the next Bachelorette, mainly because of her douchy brother.
You know what I am whopped up about though? I have one day left of work before I'm on vacation. In less than 24 hours, I'll be checked into my flight. In 42 hours I'll be sipping my mimosa at Ike's at the MSP airport and in 48 hours I'll have my suit on and toes in the sand with the biggest margarita in my hand and it'll be 50-60 degrees warmer than it is here! Woohoo!!
The Shamrock is where you will, no doubt, find me on St. Patrick's Day. My parents went there a few years ago and really enjoyed it. They couldn't stop playing this song when they got back, also because my mom's name is Sharon.
I hope everyone has a great rest of the week. Rest up for the weekend, cause it's sure to be a doozey!
Happy St. Patrick's Day!!
I'll be back in about two weeks!
