Weekend Review

Good Monday Morning to you.

This weekend was a complete whirl wind.

Friday night was lame. I was still hungover from V-Day and I was dog sitting so I spent the night with the pups, chugging water and eating horribly.

This little lady was the biggest cuddle bug. If she could crawl in to your skin, she would. So loves to be really close and have her belly rubbed non-stop.

Saturday started with a step class followed by a day of shopping! I got everything on my list, and most were at a discount.

Don't mind the flash. I got this cute sweater dress at Old Navy for $12!

I made chicken parm for dinner and it turned out surprisingly well.

Yes, that is a massive chicken breast. I could only eat 1/3 of it. But, it was super tasty and easy to make.

Sunday morning I headed to the gym and was literally the first person through the door which was kind of cool. I had a five mile run scheduled so I busted that out while watching E!'s Fashion Police Grammy Edition. It really helped pass the time.

Right after the gym I had to clean myself up for brunch with my sisters in NorthEast at the Bulldog. I've only had dinner there, but brunch was really delicious too. #1 place for tator tots in the cities!

I went from a lovely brunch over to my cousins to meet the foster dog she just got. Molly has to go out of town on business so I'm going to be staying at her place and dog sit. This little lady is so sweet, so be prepared for fun dog pictures this week!

After meeting Tiffany {the foster dog}, I met this fella I've been hanging out with at Park Tavern for some bowling. The place was packed! We got the last lane and could only have it for an hour. Which actually worked in my favor. It let us have an hour after bowling to have a beer, some fried pickles and chat, before I had to leave for dinner with my parents.

How funny is this sign? UpTown's kind of the hippy part of Minneapolis.
We went to Chino Latino for dinner because they have Sunday happy hour starting at 4:00, so everything is super cheap, well, cheap for Chino.

I was really excited to get home and see that my first Birch Box had arrived!
