Juice Reboot Day 2

The day went better that I was expecting.

I woke up feeling all discombobulated. I tossed and turned and dreamnt about food and juicing. If I set my alarm after having the last couple days off. And I had to get up like 5 times to pee because I'm drinking a lot more water than I usually drink.

Before bed last night I juiced some oranges and put it in a water bottle to have for breakfast this morning.
It was the best orange juice I've ever had!

Remember that this is a three part process and that in part 1 I can still eat food as long as it's plant based, or raw.
Lunch was the same as day one's dinner. Romaine lettuce, blue berries, slivered almonds and a balsamic vinaigrette. Surprisingly I was pretty satisfied throughout the rest of the work day.

I had to make a quick stop at the grocery store to pick up some more oranges, apples, cucumber, broccoli, beets and straws.

I steamed some broccoli and had a few with my dinner but I wanted to prep that for lunch on day 3.


Tonight's juice dinner was:

1 tomato
2 celery stalk
2 carrots
1/2 yellow pepper
1/2 cucumber
1 broccoli stalk
1 Granny Smith apple

This made about three cups of juice. I never knew that even one tomato could have such a strong smell so I used a straw on this drink. It was surprisingly really good.

One thing I notice when I juice is that I get a weird jolt, even after the first sip. It's like all the veggies just hit you and you're instantly energized.
